Upgrading to a New Iphone

I have an Iphone 3GS and i'm planing on upgrading tomorrow to the iPhone 5. I have at&t as a service provider my question is that if i go to the apple store and buy the iphone 5 their will apple be able to transfer my contacts and pictures or do i have to go to AT&T for that… Please answer As soon as possible

Apple will be able to help you. Yo can also do of yourself via iTunes.

Wouldnt it be saved on your iTunes account. But yes, sprint should be able to transfer over your contacts and pictures

If you have your contacts and pictures stored in iCloud, you should be able to do it yourself, without Apple or AT&T. However, it might be best to do it in the Apple Store so they can help you out it there's an issue.

  • With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points
