UPS Delivery Information Unavailable?

I was tracking my iPhone 6's journey to my door from China and noticed it was not updating after arriving in Korea. Today the estimated delivery is "unavailable" and this is what the tracking says.

UPS Online chat was useless and I can't find an answer anywhere. It doesn't show "Exception" which means a delay in delivery, it's almost as if they don't know where it is! Anyone know?

I hope your ordering the real thing from Apple, I have heard but can't confirm that they ship directly from the factory in China. If you ordered from some hole in the wall discount shop based in China your likely to get a knock-off.

Here is a discussion thread on the Apple site regarding iPhone 6 deliveries (they were backed up the first couple of weeks of sales)

Yours and mine, have identical tracking information, Apparently they are in the same shipment, this is frustrating.

  • When will the gold iPhone 6 become unavailable? I know Apple discontinued the gold color for the iphone 6 and it's no longer available on their website, however it's still available on other websites like t mobile and verizon. Approximately when will it not become available everywhere?
  • When i update my iphone to ios 7 it says unavailable? I was trying to update my iphone 4 to ios 7 and it said "software update is not available at this time. Try again later." help? I don't know how to fix it
  • When best buy items are unavailable, do they get new ones? My mom was going to by me an iphone 4 from there before school starts which is august 27th. When i went on the website it said it was unavailable. Do they get new ones?
  • UPS needs a signature on delivery? I ordered an iPhone 5 and the email said signature required on delivery, but I won't be home any day of the week during the time UPS delivers. Is there any way that I can leave a note or something with my signature?
