Use IMEI blocked iPhone on another carrier? (Read description first)?

The phone was legitimately purchased by me at GameStop. The phone worked for a few seconds and quit on me. By calling 611(the AT&T wireless customer portal), it indicated to me that it's IMEI blocked. I'm using a GoPhone SIM card and was wondering if I could just use T-Mobile instead to use the phone.

Added (1). Edit: I was using an iphone 3G for about a year and then moved my card over to the 4s.

True… Gophone SIM are blocked on All ATT Feature phones, including its Iphones, Androids, Blackberries, Windows, and Palms… NO SMARTPHONE CAN USE A GOPHONE SIM

  • Why is my iphone not staying connected to Wi-Fi on ios 6.1.3? (read description)? So right when i got my iphone a while back it never stayed connected to my Wi-Fi. But all my friends that have iphones it works on the same Wi-Fi. When i tried out ios 7 it stayed connected perfectly though! But i went back to ios 6.1.3 hoping it would work now and it doesn't. Please help me i'm so confused >.< oh and also. It stays connected on other Wi-Fi's.

  • On sims freeplay for iPhone. (read description)? On sims freeplay, my sims are engaged. I filled up the bar almost all the way but it doesn't seem to be moving anymore. This is a problem because they aren't married and can't have kids. Anyone know how to fix this?
  • My iPhone 4s won't let me turn the Wi-Fi on (read description)? I go to setting and the Wi-Fi switch thing doesn't light up, its just grey. It kindof looks like this: i plugged it into the computer and it says "download and update" or something like that. Would this fix it?
