Usell.com is telling me my iphone is a 3g when its not?

So, i sold my iphone on usell.com (through the service technollo.com), when they received my phone they are trying to tell me my iphone is a 3g when its a 3gs. And they are telling me their inspectors are experienced? I think i would know what phone i had when i sent it in? I'm telling them to check the ios since the 3g is only avaliable up to ios 4.2.1 and my iphone is on 6.1.3! Which is only avaliable on iphone 3gs - 5! BUT THEY STILL WON't BELIEVE ME? How can i get them to realize my phone is a 3gs? I want my extra cash i deserve!

  • My iPhone says its up to date but its not? I have the iPhone 4s and every time I go into settings-general-software update, it says my software is up to date with iOS 6.1.3! All my friends have gotten iOS 7 already! Why doesn't mine say I need to update to iOS 7! And how can I make it say that? And I know that the iPhone 4s can get it.
