Verizon iPhone 5 monthly insurance?
I have the $10 monthly insurance on my iphone 5. What does that protect me from? If I broke my screen would they replace it?
You get a refurbished model.
Read your warranty booklet they provided when you bought it. Usually they will repair the problem or replace the phone with a similar refurbished unit.
You'll have to read your contract for the details, but generally, if you break your screen, you pay $75 (or some such) and send in your phone, and they send you a refurb.

Now, I chatted with Verizon and Apple support, they both said I would've had to have gotten the insurance within 30 day. But now it's to late to get either plan. So is there any other plan that any other company offers for my phone?
