Verizon iPhone 5 not activating?
I received my new iPhone 5 today and it keeps saying that it isn't activating and to call the Verizon customer support number if the problem persists. Unfortunately it is after business hours and I can't call them until tomorrow. Is there anything that I can do to activate it now? I've set up the iPhone and backed it up and turned off my other activated phone that this one is replacing and it is still not activating. Any ideas?
Did you change your ESN on your my Verizon account? Verizon is open 24/7 at the 1-800#.
- Why is my iphone 6 not activating with Straight Talk? I bought an iphone 6 at the Apple store in London, so it's unlocked. Straight Talk is my provider. They sent me a sim card for it and called them and they transferred over my service, but when I put in my sim card, I get no service. It gives me a message that says phone is activated, but I have no service. I even waited over 4 hours. Does anyone know what the problem is?
