Verizon iPhone 5c can't make or receive calls?

I recently got a verizon iPhone 5c as an upgrade. I've been using it for about a week and everything was running smoothly. Then all of a sudden I can't make calls or receive calls. I can text, browse, and use iMessage perfectly but when I try to call someone it makes the "beep beep beep beep" noise you hear in horror movies when a payphone doesn't work anymore, or when a landline is busy. It's just a repetitive dialtone.

You're best bet is taking it back to the store and explaining the situation, IF you haven't tried turning it off and on again (because I know a lot of people never turn off their phones…). If there's something wrong with it, they'll most likely replace it for free since you just got it.

It seems to be working properly but it keeps telling me it can't receive or make calls. It also won't let me text or get access to the internet.   • Iphone4: no reception anywhere and can't make calls or text or RECEIVE any I'm on orange… my iphone 4 has no reception ANYWHERE i go. I can't receive calls or text or anything but i can connect to internet and i can download and play games… I've restarted my phone. I took out the sim and put it back sometimes i get reception when i restart but then i can't make calls or text or receive anything… help? Where can i get this fix? Do i need to change my sim?
  • Iphone can't make or receive calls? I have an iphone 5s on sprint and any time i make a call it says the number i called is invalid or does not exist. When people try to call me it tells them that the number they are calling (mine) is not accepting calls at this time. My "do not disturb" mode is NOT on and my call forwarding is not on. Also i called sprint and they said everything looks fine on their end. I've also reset my phone several times and nothing. If anyone can help please
