Viber doesn't tag all my contacts?

I got Viber a long time ago (iPhone 4S, and it works fine). Recently I got Viber for my sister (iPhone 3G) and my mum (iPhone 4S).

My sister can see mum who is on viber but she can't see me.
I can't see my mum or my sister
My mum can't see me

We see other people on our contacts who is with viber but not each other

I turned off the phones and tried again but still nothing
I double pressed the home button on the home page and cleared all the apps at the bottom, but still nothing

What is wrong and how can I fix it?

  • IMessage: Why no delivered tag? Sometimes I use my iPhone to text another iPhone in which case it says "delivered". But what happens to a text when you know you are texting another iPhone but it does NOT say "delivered"? Did it go through anyway? Is the person's phone off? Will then get the message when they turn their phone back on? I just want to seem like an idiot and send the text again if they have already received it.

I'm on a pay as you go plan with my iPhone 4S and it's currently out of time but I'm able to text one of my friends who has a 3GS (cause iMessage is free between iPhone users?) but it doesn't work with texting my brother who has a 4?
