Video and text chatting on Skype?
I really want to use Skype to video chat on my iPhone 4S but my mic is seriously messed up and doesn't really work properly so I need to use text chat whilst video calling but I don't know how to on the iPhone. Any help is much appreciated!

There's a small microphone right next to the headphone jack, it sounds stupid but suck it to get anything out of it. I had the problem of my mic not working before and that was the problem, happens every week or so for me.
- Why can't I make a video call using Skype? I'm using an iPhone 4, and I'm trying to make a video call through Skype, but the video call button is almost faded out, so I can't tap it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my settings, and I know my camera works.Am I missing something?
- What's a good iPhone chatting app? I'm looking a chatting app where it's really easy to make good friends, but online friends. Not ones near you or anything. Also where you aren't required to provide personal information. Or at least not a lot. Most chat apps are for singles which i'm not in favor of right now so xD What are some suggestions? I used to really enjoy Chat Lobby
- Video call isn't working on Skype? I'm using an iPhone to an iPod skyping, both using Wi-Fi, and it takes forever to call eachother and then once it finally connects we can talk to eachother but it says camera initializing. But it will never load. It's the same for both of us. Any help?
- Teen chatting apps for iPhone4? What are some good teen chatting apps for iPhone 4? I used to use what's good: local chat, but people hardly get on. TAKE NOTE: I like chatting apps to meet new ppl, so don't give me BS About how chatting isn't good. Mind your businesses. ONLY POST IF YOU KNOW OF AN APP, please don't waste my time!
