Video star app keeps crashing?
I have an iPhone 5s not updated to newest versions of iOS anyways every time I open the video star app it goes black and crashes after. I do not have my videos backed up anywhere so I can't delete the app or I'll lose my videos on that app. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried to turn it off fully but that didn't even help
Contact the App developer, maybe they can help. Maybe a program like the free iFunBox or paid TouchCopy can get them off the iPod. Last, backup the iPod and restore from backup. It might work and you have nothing to lose as long as you already considered the above suggestions.
