Viewing photos on iPhone after iCloud backup?
I have an iPhone 6 plus with the latest iOS, my problem is with my photos and videos, once they are backedup on iCloud, I can't view them normally from my iPhone, they have to be redownloaded so everytime I want to see a photo or video I will have to wait for it to downlod over Wi-Fi connection, and sometimes it takes too long and sometimes an error message appears saying photo can't be downloaded. Is there any solution to that?
Open Settings and go to iCloud -> Photos. Change "Optimize iPhone Storage" to "Download and Keep Originals".

I have never done this since i've been having the same iPhone for years now. My question is, if I back up my entire data on iCloud, backup my phone and then turn off the setting, would it delete everything in my new phone?
