Visited an adult website while I was on work's Wi-Fi?

I watched an adult video on my iphone outside from work. I did not close it and headed off to the office. When I got to the office, my phone automatically connects to the works Wi-Fi which was password protected. So then I opened up the internet and realized that the adult site was still on the phone.

This was 3 months ago and it actually happened on 2 occasions.

Should I still be worried knowing that it was a while ago?

Yes if you didn't receive payment of that particular Month.

Unless the IT guy took note of the MAC address of your phone either in the case that the phone is provided to you by the company or the phone is yours and they asked "ok deposit your phones to our IT guy please" sometime when you started work, there's no way to tell the phone belongs to you.

But then sometimes the name you give to your device appears with the Mac Address on the router's log page like "Doofus's Phone" then the IT guy won't need to lift a finger to know its you.
