What should I do if a voicemail on my phone isn't playing?
I was at the doctors and I was on my phone the whole time. I have a iPhone 7 and I have Verizon. I see a notification symbol on the phone app and I see that my manager left me a voicemail but there was no missed call. I assume it is was because there was no service at all where I was. I tried to play the voicemail but it just didn't give me an option to play it and it says transcription unavailable. So I assumed when I got out of there then I would be able to play it but it still wouldn't play and I had service so I looked online and it said to restart my phone which I did and still nothing. I even reset my network settings and still won't let me play it. What should I do?

Why didn't your doctor see that you have Verizon? I mean, that could be cured.
Seriously, some voicemails, when the sender hangs up quickly, get stored in the system for about a week or so, with no message at all.
Easy cure: Why don't you call the f''' back? You got the number.
