Volume botton not wrong on iphone 5?

I got my iphone 5 about 3 months ago, I got a update on the iphone maybe a week ago, my phone was working properly till I updated it and maybe a hour after the update I was listen to music, when I tried pressing the down button it didn't want to work, I now have to press it a certain way to work, I haven't dropped it or nothing since I got it. Will AT&T or apple store fix this, I'm not going to pay 100 dollars just to fix something I didn't have to do with. Will AT&T replace my phone or repair? How long will it take, please and thank you- I also got my phone with my uncle In his contract do I have to go to AT&T or apple store with him? I'm 16, and since it wasn't my fault will I have to pay? Also after the update my phone started skipping songs when I tried to play them

There are Water and Dropping sensors inside your phone, if you absolutely haven't dropped it then apple will gladly fix it for free (it is under warranty they don't have a choice)

  • What's wrong with my volume? The volume on everything else is fine, except for talking on the phone. I put it at full volume and I can still barely hear the person on the other line. Can someone help me? I have an iPhone 4 by the way.
