Wait for the iphone 5s or get the galaxy s4 next month?

So I really need a new phone but I'm conflicted on which one to get because I don't want to wait really but if the iphone is better I'd rather wait plus I like the aps store a million times more then the andriod market, but other then that I don't know much about the iphone 5s and I have tmobile and they just switched to no contract plans all around for everything with no upgrade. So I'd have to buy the iphone 5s full price unless they changed that. I just looked and they are offering the galaxy s4 for 150. I already asked this but nobody gave me any reasons why I should choose either one

The galaxy s3 and the iphone 5 were pretty comparable so i'm guessing that when the next iphone comes out it will be pretty comparable to the s4. With that said I think you should wait for the new Iphone because you said you like their app store a million times more than android. If the app store isn't that big of deal to you and you aren't dead set on apple products I would just go with whichever is cheaper since they will probably have similar speed and other specs. One advantage that i like with most android phones over iphones is that you can switch your battery out so you can always have a full battery or you can buy an extended battery. It's really about what you prefer apple or android? And if the iphone will come out at a similar price to the s4.
