Warranty for iPhone in verizon?

Hi well I was at the pool with my brother and so he decided he was going to get MY towel and not his own and so for safety I wrapped my phone up in it so it wouldn't get splashed on but little kids and so he pick my towel up and dropped it in the water so I was wondering is there a warranty for the iPhone I haven't had it a year I got it in may 2012 I need answers pronto because its hard w/o a phone! I'm so mad!

My friend did the same… Its about 3 month and if needed replacement is $200

Warranties do NOT cover physical damage or water damage
you will have to pay to get it serviced, or pay FULL price for a replacement.

if you did pay for a separate insurance plan, they usually do cover water damage, but there's likely a deductable

Warranties don't cover water damage, thats what insurance is for.
