If interpret your "English" correctly (very difficult!), you found a phone somewhere, and you broke it, and you threw it away.

That indeed was wrong, if that is what you did. You should have taken the phone you found to a police station and handed it to a police officer. You should not have broken it. In law, finding a phone had no connection with your own iPhone.

Do please get your teacher to help you with English, which I assume is not your native language. It will be very difficult to make other people understand what you mean if you do not improve your standard of language.
