Is there a way to disable like some network stuff or something else on the iPhone 4S, to make the Wi-Fi go faster on it when your connected to a Wi-Fi signal?
No, there isn't anything you can do about it on your iPhone. If it's drastically slower than other devices on the network, you might want to get closer to the router or buy a range extender if the places you use it are far away from your router.
The only thing you can do is turn off bluetooth, and that hasn't really been proved to really change anything. Change your router to a dual band (5GHz and 2.4GHz) router with Wi-Fi b/g/n for optimal performance.
