You can still get some live wallpapers even if your phone is not jailbroken. Actually, it is better if it is jailbroken but if it's not, you can try to look for some websites with live wallpapers. You can also connect to the Internet through your phone to get live wallpapers. I tried to get live wallpapers from my pc but it doesn't seem to work that way.
