What app can you use to download music to and listen without Wi-Fi or service?

Ok I have an iPhone 5S and I just did the ios8 update and to do that I deleted my ITube app because it look up a lot of storage and I was just going to re download it. Well now it isn't on the app store anymore, all I can find is ones that require Wi-Fi or service which I don't want. Any other apps? I don't want to use iTunes.

MX Tube works great for me. The free version allows me I think up to 10 videos. The paid one is insane (and is only 2 bucks i think). Not only that I can cache the videos and play them in a playlist how I want them… But i can actually allow me to save them as videos on my video list in my iphone. Dude… This is really sick.

There are other apps for music as well such as DropBox, Sugar Sync (2-3GB per email account).
Besides Mx Tube I also have FreeMusic (but is again limited to only 10 songs).
I guess the bottom line is to use youtube and download them… You will find a lot of variety of music on you tube. DropBox and Sugar Sync are for storage purposes… Meaning you already downloaded the songs from your laptop (lets say) and you placed them under dropbox, now your dropbox will play those songs that you have shared.

Rdio allows you to download music for free for 30 days after that you have to pay. It is still pretty good.

There are many apps called Downloads but I use the green one.

In the app you open MP3 download sites like on your laptop and just download them to the app's files and listen to them whenever you want without an active connection.
