What app does people use on iPhone to make them look flawless. A girl at my school uses a really good one but she won't tell anyone
I use PE-fotolr. It's kinda tricky to use at first, but wants you get the hang of it, you'll be flawless in no time.

Most free ones mean not maintained or updated, I would look into ones that are 99 cents, etc, as free apps typically mean not as good or limited, kind of like freeware vs shareware on the PC.
