What are some good iPhone/iPod apps to use when editing sports pictures?

I'm editingsports247 on Instagram, and I can never seem to get that ''perfect picture'' like I want. I like the edits done by thorolgraffix, and ESPECIALLY axlgraphics. I want to learn how to add scratches, splats, and smoke/fog. If you know, please answer. Also give me some good apps you have. Any app will do for me!

  • What are some of the best photo editing, video editing and video cartoon apps for the iPhone? I'm fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I'm just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I'm also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy". I already use bazaart, picsart, afterphoto and fontcandy for my graphics that I make on tumblr but I was wondering if there was anything out there more advanced?
