What are some good photo editing apps for iPhone?

I started a Fan page on instagram @yourstrulygarrett and I need apps to make amazing photos not just ordinary apps and they have to be FREE. Also I have been looking for an app that makes a shadow effect on an object in this case a person what is that app also a collage app that can put lots of pics like a mosaic please help list apps and what they do please

If you are looking for free then you will always be limited. People don't spend lots of time working on apps if they are free.

The best apps for photo editing in iPhone is 'Laminar Express' which was formerly known as 'Iris Photo suite'. You can try 'iPhoto' as well. Its not a bad apps for beginner. Hope you like my answer.

It's not going to be as good as the paid version, but you can download Photoshop Express for free from the app store. It has some "try before you buy" features. I'm not sure if it'll do all you need, but take a look at it at least.

I think the Fotor for iphone (http://www.fotor.com/iphone/index-pes.html)With Enhanced Camera, you can take beautiful photographs in real-time. Don't worry about composition and view finding. Don't worry about slow-speed imaging and shooting in moving. Multiple features you can find and use. It's fatioanable.
