The price of the phone is the same everywhere due to Apple and their licenses with retailers. Also, check out the Apple store for enhanced versions of the same phone.

your best bet is to wait for the iphone 5 to come out… Then the 4s price will drop… But then you are buying out-dated hardware that you will be stuck with for 2 years.
