I'm assuming you want something cute so go to zazzle.com and search iPhone 5 cases. They are expensive but their very nice. And you can personalize them.
Well I wouldn't call them elegant, but otterbox cases do offer an excellent amount of protections for your iPhone. Speck also makes protective, sleek cases for your iPhone. A great website with literally hundreds of different designs to choose from is society6.com. They have a great variety of pictures, expression, funny things, inspirational quotes, etc. There's sure to be a case for everyone. Zazzle.com also offers elegant cases, but most of those come at a high price tag.
