What are your thoughts for the iPhone 5s/5c?

NPR put it this way, "Apple has been making incremental progress on their iPhone models." That's a nice way to put it. You see, Apple doesn't do anything new with their devices. Fingerprint scanner? Wow, I wonder how long it'll take it to wear out. AirDrop? Oh, wow, because this technology never ever existed before, especially not on the S3. And explain to me the difference between the 5 and the 5c. Different colors? You and I both know that's completely ridiculous. Google all the way.
Getting 5S tomorrow… Or at least checking if anyone has them still in stock.
Incremental updates so that older devices stay relevant longer and so features actually work instead of just being things to ooh and aah at during trade shows.
Apples are much better phones two years later than their 'superior' Android counterparts.

- Thoughts on buying iPhone 1st generation in 2013? Not to use as a phone! (I have the OG Atrix for that) but as a collectors item/something that could hold alot more value in the future. You can get the original iPhone for 50-80 dollars on ebay in pretty good condition, do you guys think that buying a few of them to hold on to would pay off at all in the future (5-10 years from now) when people will begin to want them as collectors items? Or does it not really matter at all once they've been used does that make them junk?

Hey so i need to upgrade my phone but i don't want an android (for now) and i don't want the iPhone 5 because it sucks, when do you think the next iphone will come out? In October? Will it be 5s or iPhone 6? I can't wait forever because my current iphone has a cracked screen and god knows when it will just die completely I'm not an apple-worshipping iphone fanatic i just want iphone cuz i can imessage all my friends, and we have a lot of iphone/ipod/ipad gadgets at home.
