What can I do for an iPhone that was left outside all night?

It has been raining heavily all night where I'm. I know it's irresponsible to leave it out all night, but I didn't mean to. I honestly thought it was inside on charge. My mother is mad at me and I have been called "irresponsible".
I don't want it to die.

You can put it in a bag of rice over night and hope it will absorb the water that's in the phone. Then, once it's been in there for awhile try it and see if it works.

Take the battery out… Put all pieces of the phone in a bowl or bag of uncooked dry white rice… Let it alone for 24 horus straight… And PRAY… Rice method only works 30% of the time depending on teh water damage extent and its always the method of last resort…

after 24 hours, uncovers all pieces, dust off, put back together, turn on… Work now?

If not… Call the time of death and get a new iphone… This time be a tad bit more mindful of your phone… Do what I do--- if its not in your hand, then its in your pocket or on your bedside stand/table… Never leave it anywhere else
