What can i do if my nokia lumia won't work?
I purchases a second hand nokia lumia 800 from cash exchangers about a week ago and they gave a 100% guarantee that the phone was perect with no faults. But as i'm an army kid i'm living in germany and find it hard to get english insurence companies to help fix broken goods. The phone does not charge but i'm not sure if it is because of a faulty battery or a broken USB port. I was wondering if anyone knows how i could get it fixed in germany or if they provide a hand set swap ( phone for a phone) as when i had an iphone 4 apple gave us a hand set swap without any worrent.
Next time ask them to demonstrate it before you buy. ' A fool and his money are soon parted'. Take it back to the retailer.
