What can I do right now at this decease problem?

I'm ill for three days I have a bad cold & cough for 3 days. I become a tour in a hilly area since last week & I bathed in fountain water. After bathing may I have been attacked by the fever with influenza. Please anyone help me & give a proper suggestion. What I do at this matter?

Just take some medicine and rest a bit in bed. You can't expect to be better right away if it gets serious then go see a doctor for prescribed medicine. Hope you feel better
