What carrier i should chose for iphone 4s?

I want to buy iphone 4s that can be jailbreak and have carrier but i don't know whice one to chose

All carriers can jailbreak the phone. I would choose either AT&T or Sprint. The AT&T iphone will be capable of "4g" technology so data will be fast. Sprint offers a unlimited data plan but its network speeds are very slow. Overall I'd choose AT&T but if they try to give you a share everything plan (which are insanely expensive) go with Sprint.

Look for the one that will give you what you need like (Sms internet calls ) if you travel alot then look for a carrier that have the most coverage at the best price
