I think you should go with the blue phone with a white cover! I mean the whole point of the iPhone 5C's is that they are suppose to be cool colours, so you might as well get an awesome blue phone rather than a boring white one: D
White iPhone c with blue cover, you could get sick of the blue colour of the phone so this way you could just buy a different case whereas you probably won't get sick of the white colour.
