What could be causing my sore heads and dizziness?
I'm 17 years old and I basically spend everyday on my iPad, laptop, iPhone or watching tv. I don't exercise and I don't have a good diet. Every time I stand up I get dizzy and have a head ache. And if I run up the stairs or run a little distance I feel faint. My mum is trying to make me get a blood test but I'd rather have an idea of what's wrong first. Could it be from spending too much time looking at screens or lack of exercise?
First off, get a exercise and diet plan. Thats common sense. 2nd, go get checked out.
Well it could be that your blood Is to thick the best thing to do is drink about 1-2 litres of water every day which will make your blood thinner and then will stop you getting dizzy and the head aches will be because you are staying at the tv or the computers too much if you carry on it might damages your eyes n you might have to wear glasses or maybe you do now so the best thing is to get your eyes checked and then spend abit less time on computer and everything else hope this helps

- IPhone sync issues causing frustration? My iPhone won't sync with my PC itunes and does without any problem with Mac which is not mine. Its a 4s I just bought and all the other iPhones do sync without any problem. No matter I select to sync contact with google contacts, outlook contacts are synced. It's also happening on PC.
