When I web searched your problem I found you are not the only one but haven't seen any resolution yet.
In my area I would good to the T-Mobile office near Antioch/Brentwood Target because they tend to be quite helpful.
You could try T-Mobile support
Usually when this happens it means T-Mobile needs to reset your mail box. Contact them.
Check with T-Mobile about that.
