What do I need for my shattered iPhone 5?
I broke my iPhone 5 screen and I'm not sure one the part I need to replace it, I'm also thinking if getting a red front and back, where could I find the right parts?
For the front, you'll need a new screen and digitizer, they're not cheap for the 5. About $150.
The back is much less expensive.
Replacing the parts doesn't take too long, about 40 minutes, if you've done it before.
BUT it is not difficult to screw up your phone.
There are lots of companies that will guarantee the repair and charge a fair price.
There are quite a few good videos showing the process and lots of places (online of course) to buy the parts.
