What do you use for converting mp3s to iPhone ringtones?

- Why can't I transfer mp3s to my iPhone? I downloaded itunes to my new laptop and connected my iPhone. I was not able to transfer all my music to the library, only the songs I actually bought (the majority of my music was downloaded via file sharing). I downloaded some songs using youtube to mp3 but damn itunes won't let me drag and drop the songs onto my iPhone. Is there any way I can solve this problem?
- Which converter you use for converting videos to iPhone format? I have been trying to convert videos to iPhone 4s (ios 8.1) format with several videos converters, but nothing helps. After converting, videos not shows up in iTunes "by dragging or by adding file option". Any solution would be helpful. I'm on Windows 7.

- How to keep album artwork on iPhone after converting? I converted my tracks to lower bitrate to put them on my iPhone, but the album artworks disappeared. I tried adding them manually on my iPhone, but it doesn't work… Is there a way to attach artwork to aac tracks?
