What does fulfilled by amazon mean?

Fulfilled by Amazon just means that the business stores their stock in Amazon's warehouses, near their business, and Amazon then pack it up and send it to customers (and probably take a commission on every sale!).

I can't tell whether they're shipping it from China or from a warehouse in the UK (or they mention a warehouse in the USA) but the feedback for the company is reasonably good:

You could email them to check where it will be dispatched from. Perhaps it'll take longer, but you'll be protected by paypal if it never shows up anyway as long as you pay via paypal.
