What does it mean if a girl texts you late?

Ok the reason I said "text" is because we do it through it facebook. But don't messages from facebook go to her phone directly because I think she has facebook messenger. And I don't think she has a iPhone I think its like a iPod touch or something if that makes a difference. But anyway we texted about two weeks ago and she texted me like 2 hours late then I replied an hour later (I didn't want to seem needy). Then she replied 4 hours later and I was like f*ck this so I didn't reply to her message. So about two weeks later:

I ty again and its been an hour so far with no answer but I'm positive she likes me because she smiles when she passes me at school and we walk and talk after 5th period sometimes. So what do you really think she's busy or just blowing me off?

Also I use to have her number but she had one of those texting apps and it changed her number like every week. She did give me her number the first few times it changed but I don't think she wanted to keep bothering me just to tell her number had changed. So should I just ask for her number again?

You are overthinking things. She may just be busy doing something. And not everyone's phone has that app. I took it off mine because it kept going off every time one of my friends posted a status update and I couldn't figure out how to make it stop. Anyway, don't expect an answer right away. Maybe she doesn't have her phone with her, or it's not charged, or she's just busy. Don't read into it. The main thing is that she replies at all. If I don't like a guy I just don't answer him.

It means she is not interested or playing immature games --- don't get involved --- move on ignore her and find someone honest
