What does it mean when your iPhone syncs your bookmarks?
I have an iPhone 5c and I tried adding a bookmark to my list on safari and a message popped up saying "bookmarks are syncing at the moment try again after synching is finished" what does that mean? Synching to what I'm not connected to a computer.
Syncing means it is basically making what you see on the computer the same as on your phone. Don't need to be connected to a computer to do that. Just internet access.
It was syncing the data to your iCloud backup.

- Really old bookmarks somehow on my iPhone 4? Alright so the other night I found on my iPhone safari a whole bunch of these bookmarked sites that were all from my girlfriends old laptop, but she got rid of her laptop like over two years ago and I got my phone a year ago. She's promised none of the sites there she looked up or bookmarked, so does anyone know how they possibly could be on my phone! Some sort of auto sync some how? I have absolutely no clue how they got there, answers please?
- Is there like an app that syncs my iPhone directly to my labtop? Where I can quickly and easily send back and fourth pictures, links, and possibly even memory. Such as sending text messages on my phone to my labtop and once on my labtop take them from my phone without even having to open my labtop. Free service, kinda like drop box but free and works with everything. I'm on windows 10 if that matters.
- Is it possible to write an iphone app that syncs to vehicles? I have an idea for an app but for it to work it would have to know when the owners vehicle was on and off. Obviously this would only work with newer cars but I didn't know if it was possible to create such of an app with sync capabilities. Thanks P.S if it is possible does anyone know how/a website telling how to build such of an app? I've had no luck myself but don't know exactly what I'm looking for.
