What does restore backup mean?
I just connected my iphone to my laptop and restored it and I noticed some videos from yesterday aren't there but I backed up my iphone a while before i restored it and I synced it there's an option and it is restore backup what does that do? Will I get the stuff on my camera roll back. And will I get my apps back?
Restore backup means it restores the last backup you made, if its been a while any files you added after that backup are not in the backup so can't be restored ( restoring is taking the files you backed up and putting them back on the device )
you need to backup weekly or risk losing files that you have not backed up yet which is what's happened to you, you lost your photos that were not backup up
