What does the fetch new data feature on my iPhone mean?
I noticed that my options for that feature are:
Automatically
Manually
Hourly
Every 15 minutes
Every 30 minutes
How does that affect my phone?
You should contact Apple. They made the phone, after all.
Fetch new data is when the phone checks the server on it own to bring in new data (fetching it).
It could make battery life worse over time. Not terribly worse though.
Try calling her and ask. It may have been simply inadvertently set to block texts. An Easy Fix!
- With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points

My iPhone was stolen today and a little after i found it on find my iphone it suddenly said "can no longer track iphone locked or erased" I'm assuming this means they erased my iphone from putting in the wrong passcode 10 times but is it now factory setting? Can they now use it while they couldn't when it had a passcode and my information.
