What does this mean? - 1

I'm trying to get the iTunes 64 bit installer on my new laptop but when I go to the Microsoft store it keeps showing this. What does this mean? What does this mean

It wants you to sign in to get the app. Just create a microsoft.com account, and sign in.

It means you have to set up or sign into your Microsoft account with a user name and password before you can download anything from the Microsoft store

Instead of faffing about with the Microsoft Store, might I suggest that you download the installer directly from the link on the following webpage, sir?

You'll find that the download is NOT the latest version of iTunes, but once you've got it installed click on Help, at the top of the screen, then select Check for Updates. This will then download the latest version of iTunes and give you the option to install it.

It means that you haven't created a Microsoft account or signed in to the Microsoft store with a Microsoft account so therefore it won't let you install. Why can't you go directly to the iTunes site and download iTunes? Are you on one of those Microsoft devices that won't let you download from anywhere except the Microsoft store?
