What does this USPS eBay shipping mean?
I bought an iPhone last thursday, august 8th. On the 10th, i got an email from the seller saying they'd send it as soon as possible. Its estimated delivery was tuesday august 13th or earlier. It said no later than tuesday. I looked up the shipping status each day.yesterday and the day before, its status was "shipment created". Today, it says "manifest".it's already 2 days after the estimated delivery date, and I've gotten nothing.ebay sent me an email on the 13th, giving me my tracking number and in the email it said "your item is marked as shipped". But on the tracking site, its only said shipment created and manifest, nothing saying it was shipped. I looked at more details, and it says its still in Bisbee, North Dakota, and the seller lives in north dakota too. I live in new jersey.

This is because it was sent through USPS, the United States Postal Service does not track the packages like UPS or FedEx do showing you exactly where its at. When it shows manifest on the USPS website it just means that it has left the USPS location where the package was originally taken by your seller to be shipped out. Remember the USPS is extremely understaffed because of the economy and budget cuts so the estimated shipping date is just an estimate, sometime they are super early sometimes they are really late. Its hit or miss. But once it say manifest you should get it in 3-4 business day depending on your location vs the sellers location.

- What does Electronix Shipping Info Received mean? Tracking a package? I ordered an iPhone case from www.wholesalefactoryshop.com and they said that on 01/05/13 they received the electronic shipping info when I placed the order on 01/01/13. Anyway that's all it said on USPS when I track the package. They also sent me an email saying that is all it will say until "close to delivery day" or something. What does this mean? Scam maybe? It paid immediately but i don't know what this means that it won't update until i get the package.
