Amazing Spider-Man takes longer.
Amazing Spider-Man has better graphics but a really sporatic camera. Total Mayhem is less graphically pleasing but it has better gameplay and is more fun for me, it also has cool moves. But, overall, I would pick Amazing, it takes a way longer time and also has free roam.
