What happened to my iPhone update?
So I have the iPhone 4 and yeah it's pretty old and I had never updated it before so today I decided that it's about time I do. So I plugged it into my computer and it asked me if i wanted to download and update the software so i clicked yes and it took like 4 hours to do so I sat here waiting for it, and then it said something like 'everything on iPhone could not be backed up, do you wish to continue?' so i went ahead and said yes. But then after another 10 minutes it said something like 'an error has occurred, back up failed' and then nothing happened so i switched off my phone then switched it back on and it just asked me if i want to update the new software so i clicked yes and its backing up my iphone at the moment. Will the same thing that happened the first time happen again? Why did it happen?
Sounds like your iphone was jailbroke… You can't update a iphone that was jailbroke to ios 6
Do you have jailbreak your iPhone before. If you done, that's a usually issue.
But if you doesn't do that. May this because
1. Your internet connection
2. You iPhone was have a problem before
3. You do some mistakes when you follow the instrucsion.
- What's happened to my iPhone? I have a iPhone and when I went home, a few weeks ago, its battery was only 20%.So I put it on charge to get in the morning. I woke up in the morning, unplugged my iPhone and it still had 20%. The charger works on my iPod ect so its not the charger. But now its getting annoying because I can't use it at all unless its on 'charge'.
- What the heck happened to my iPhone app? Ok I'm going to try and shorten this as best as possible. My 1 year old was playing with my phone and now one of my apps is missing. She can't delete it because it's programmed into the phone. It was one of the four apps that sits at the very bottom each page. Whenever I do a search for the Mail app I can find it but I can't replace the icon back to its place. How in the world do I put it back?

Okay, so I got an iphone 3gs, and wasn't told it had been jailbroken and restored, now when we have tried to jailbreak it, it has stopped working, its just hit the apple logo and thats as far as it will go. We didn't jailbreak it to get free things, we just wanted to unlock the phone to any network. Can any body give me some ideas on what to do?
- What happened to my texts on iPhone They disappeared out of nowhere when I was texting. The phone rebooted itself out of nowhere and it showed the apple symbol when you start it up and the next thing I did was check my texts and all of them disappeared! How do I get my beloved texts back!
