What happens if reset iPhone?
Ok I have a iphone 5 and it worked great. Until I finally went ahead and synched it to itunes, and foolishly instead of saying set up as new. I went and synched it from backup from my ipod.
After the synch my iphone 5 turned into my old ipod touch. Like even the settings became ipod the caller thing disapered as well as the messaging app my Wi-Fi doesn't work well anymore. In other words its horrible.
So I heard you can reset the iPhone will this reset it like the day I bought it or will it be reset when I synched it with ipod settings.
Usually if you reset a phone, it completely wipes the whole phone out and returns it to factory defaults, which is the way the phone was setup when you first opened it and turned it on. So to answer your question, it should reset back to when you first bought it. Not when you synced it.
