What iPhone photo app lets you cut out something and add it on top of another photo?
You can cut out say a picture of yourself then put it multiple times over any background, not just like the Eiffel Tower but any background
Photoshop and Pixlr Xpress.
You must go with "Adobe Photoshop Touch" instead. Yeah its a paid app & costs around $4.99 but will serve the purpose u r searching for
