What iphone should i get? - 2

I've been thinking about switching to iphone lately most because i want to try something new and because everyone uses it, so which iphone is actually worth it's price?

Start with how much are you willing to spend. No sense looking at a phone with a price tag over $500+, no matter who makes it, or how many payments it is, if you an afford to replace it if it gets broken, lost or stolen.

Now out of your options, new or used, and if new, how how old are you willing to go? One year, two years old, or more? The older you go, the sooner it will have official support dropped.

You should dip your toe into the iPhone like by getting an iPhone 6s. Not only are they pretty affordable nowadays but you'd still get a pretty decent smartphone.

If you like the way works, start saving up for a newer iPhone.

I'm not planning on upgrading my current Iphone until 5G is out and established.

I believe all Apple products are over priced but they are good products.
If you get the latest it will be longer that it is supported.
If you get last years you will get more bang per dollar.
You could wait for a sale when your current contract is up and get the one with a promotion for two years commitment.
I'm still not understanding how everyone can be using iPhones when over 80% of global sales of smartphones is of android phones but my wife has been happy with the two iPhones she has used.

That's a complicated question at the moment, as Apple is in the midst of remaking its iPhone lineup. The company just unveiled the iPhone 11 along with the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. At the same time, it's reshuffled its existing iPhone offerings. The iPhone XS Max, previously our pick for the best iPhone, is gone, as is last year's iPhone XS, and the older iPhone 7 models have been phased out, too. The iPhone XR, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 remain, with their prices cut to reflect that they're no longer the newest options available.
