The Samsung Galaxy 4, it's twice as fast as the iphone 5 as I read an article about it which didn't surprise me.

The definite choice between these two phones would be galaxy S4 as it has awesome features compared to iPhone 5.
Features like:

Whereas iPhone 5 is pretty much okay with normal features, but if you want an apple device then go for iPhone 5.
