Well I find samsung galaxy s2 way better than the iphone 5. Don't know why, but I've never actually liked the iphones. Only the iphone 3gs.

IPHONE 5! I saw a drop test on both and Samsung Galaxy's back was completly cracked or was it the front? The iphone 5 only had SLIGHT chips on the sides for the drop. It was awesome because it didn't crack! I Recommend IPHONE.

Anyway the iPhone 5 is the most powerful smartphone today.
Both very good phones, however I prefer iOS so I would go with the iPhone 5.

and as such the GS3 is twice as fast as the iPhone 5

If the operating system is what your after take in mind that the iOS is simpler to use.
But id take speed anyday.
