What is bill me later? How does this work?
I wanna buy an iPhone 5 and this blue thing popped up saying BillMeLater but how do you use it? How does this work? Also I'm at this website called Rakuten.com cause I wanna get an unlocked iPhone 5 since I can't find another website who is selling them.

You get the product now but they don't send you a bill until some time in the future for example 6 months BUT be extra careful because almost guaranteed they will charge interest as of the time you order the product. Maybe not but check the small print!
- Why does my iPhone 5s vibrate once and then 2 minutes later again? So everytime I receive a text when I'm not on my phone, it vibrates once notifying me and then 2 minutes later it vibrates again. It sounds as if I got a new text but it's that same one like if it's reminding me. I really don't like this, my 4s didn't do that so does anyone know if I'm able to change this? I just got my iPhone 5s like literally 3 days ago, so it's like brand new.
